Nour Alsalman

Nour Alsalman is the chocolatier and artist behind Coco Lè Nour in Wisconsin. Since beginning her chocolate journey in 2016, she has combined her passion for art, flavor, and creativity to craft distinctive chocolates.

With a background in painting, she approaches chocolate as another canvas, bringing together artistic designs, balanced flavors, and textures. Her Middle Eastern heritage inspires many of her creations, blending familiar ingredients such as warm spices and dates in unexpected ways.

Through professional training and hands-on experience, including learning from chefs Luis Amado and Amaury Guichon, she continues to refine her craft. As part of IRCA's Maestro Circle, she hopes to create chocolates that spark curiosity and bring joy, guided by her motto: “Light with every bite.”
