Where it all began

Founded in Gallarate, Italy, in 1919, IRCA was born from a passion for creating high-quality ingredients for pastry and chocolate professionals. From the very beginning, craftsmanship, research, and a taste for innovation have been the heart of everything we do.

As the art of pastry evolved, so did we. Throughout the years, IRCA has created products that became true bestsellers, timeless favorites still loved by professionals today, such as Dolce Forno and our signature creams. By combining Italian know-how with constant innovation, we have built a portfolio of solutions that help pastry chefs achieve excellence every day, with reliability, creativity, and unmistakable taste.

Crafted in the Italian Tradition

Since 1919, our roots have been grounded in Italian pastry expertise, a heritage built on quality ingredients, technical precision, and respect for craftsmanship. Today, that tradition continues on American soil. Our domestic production journey began with Reno X, bringing our first locally produced chocolate to the U.S. market while staying true to the formulas and standards developed in Italy. It has since expanded with the CREME Collection, a new generation of products made in the USA and crafted from Italian know-how.

Producing locally allows us to be closer to our customers, respond faster to their needs, and support the evolving creativity of pastry chefs across America, while preserving the authenticity, performance, and flavor that define our heritage.
