We officially opened our doors of our IRCA Academy US in January 2026, with one clear mission: to empower professionals by helping them refine skills, master techniques, and stay inspired in an ever-evolving pastry and chocolate world.

 

A center of excellence with skilled and experienced instructors, capable of training professionals every year through practical courses, webinars, and workshops dedicated to pastry chefs, gelato makers, and professional bakers.

Our workshops take place in a spacious room with a tiered seating area accommodating 40 people, featuring as its stage the impressive instructor’s workbench, surrounded by multiple screens to make the creations even more visible.
