Maria Mac

Chicago native and graduate of the renowned French Pastry School, Maria Mac brings over 20 years of experience across luxury hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and private clubs in Chicago, Las Vegas, Boston, the Hamptons, and South Florida. Her career includes eight years at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, as well as key roles on the opening teams of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor. Now with Discovery Land Company, she draws on her extensive experience to create refined pastry experiences for member dining, special events, seasonal activations, and luxury hospitality.
