Clément Le Déoré

Born and raised in France, Clément Le Déoré is a classically trained pastry chef with over 15 years of experience. After completing his apprenticeships in baking and pastry arts in Brittany, he developed his craft across France, Australia, and the United States, combining traditional French techniques with contemporary influences.

His career includes leading pastry operations in San Diego and serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Le Parisien Café Pâtisserie Bakery in Sydney. In 2021, he founded Desserts by Clement, a San Diego-based catering company specializing in fine French pastries and desserts for private and corporate events.

Today, Clément is known for his refined creations, artistic presentation, and dedication to quality ingredients, bringing together French craftsmanship and modern creativity.
